Help us provide second chances to homeless pets in need by donating a vehicle!
When you donate a car, truck, boat, RV, or other vehicle to Haven Pet Center, you become a key partner in helping Homeless Pets throughout the community. Through our partnership with Charitable Adult Rides and Services (CARS), the process of making a charitable car donation is quick and easy.
Honor a person or a pet by purchasing a leaf on our honor tree. Their name will be featured on a leaf and the proceeds to go help save animals. All names will remain permanently displayed on our honor tree in the lobby of Ramona Humane Society. Up to two names per leaf.
Your friends can celebrate your special day by making a gift to Haven Pet Center.
GIFTS AND DONATIONS
Apart from will or trust, one can offer any of the following as gifts.
Anyone can donate some specific sum to us.
We are blessed to receive support from some of the kindest animal lovers in the world. With your consistent support and donations, we can continue to help pets in the community of San Jacinto Community and Hemet.
ESTATE PERCENTAGE
You can instruct us to leave a certain proportion of your land for us. However, when planning an estate, one can consider additional options for a charitable donation such as a will or a trust.
SECURITIES
You may opt to donate stocks, notes, and bonds to us through your will or trust when we receive your donation. Our Board of Directors sells the shares or may maintain the stock to sell when the price rises.
INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE
Real estate can be a planned giving. A person can leave their real estate for us. We encourage you to communicate your desire to get the feasibility of such a donation.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
You can bequest any works of art, antiques, stamp and coin collections, jewelry, or any items that could benefit animal welfare.
ADVANTAGES
You may also designate us as an alternative beneficiary in the event your primary beneficiary predeceases you.
A charitable bequest or will is deductible for federal estate tax purposes. There is no limited deduction your estate can claim.
Your assets remain in your control.
You get the freedom to alter your plan.
You may choose to donate to the Ramona Humane Society directly, or you may opt, after a particular distribution to your heirs and other loved ones, to leave the remaining residue of your assets for us.
